Nationwide nightclub marketing company with its home office in New York City, is seeking administrative assistants (NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY WILL TRAIN) to help us out in our competitive industry.
Duties of Administrative Assistants will include the following
Emailing prospective clients
Calling prospective clients
Calling nightclub owners & nightclub managers on behalf of the company for future nightclub proposals
Reviewing job applications and prospective employees resumes
Responding to emails from eligible job seekers
Posting help wanted ads for company & help weed out ineligible candidates in a quick and timely manner
Administrative Assistants must be proficient in Microsoft Word, being a fast typer is also a major plus
Must keep in contact VIA TEXT & PHONE every few hours with James Spero owner of KLUBNYC ENTERTAINMENT & NYNIGHTSPOTS INC.
Must be proficient in navigating through various social networking websites
Having a pleasant sounding voice, and being outgoing and friendly for calling customers and nightclub owners is not necessary but a major plus
